Quick check - What makes a review helpful?

Share facts as well as your opinions; this helps to qualify the rating you've given and provides helpful feedback to the business owner.

Try to answer the kind of questions you'd want to ask about that business, for example:

• Were your items served correctly; if food, was it well cooked?
• Did you get good, helpful and/or polite service?
• Were the facilities clean & tidy?
• Did the work finish on time and/or on budget?
• Would you use this business again?
• Is it best for a particular group/purpose? - For instance, a café for professional meetings or a handy man who's excellent at tiling
