The climate of Haridwar is moderate as compared to other religious cities in India. The maximum temperature is 41⁰ c during summer days though Kanwar Mela(special pilgrimage) occurs in the month of July every year and the temperature gets a bit calm for the pilgrims owing to the rainy season.
